Receptionist

Based in beautiful West End offices, this successful investment company is looking for a warm and friendly Receptionist to join their team. Alongside one other receptionist, you will be seated within the vibrant open plan offices where you will be regularly liaising with dynamic characters. Acting as the first point of contact, you will be expected to have a welcoming personality and excellent telephone manner.

This role is perfect for an engaging receptionist, with a personable attitude and who is happy to be responsive to a variety of different roles. Your duties will not be limited to just greeting clients and handling the telephones. Instead, they will be stretched to ensuring the office is looking presentable and is running smoothly, managing stock supplies, researching possible event venues and organising internal activities. Your work will be noticed and appreciated, making you an asset to the company.

Having this exposure within a fun and professional office environment, whilst handling numerous responsibilities with advanced your skillset incredibly. Although that are a smaller office in terms of members of staff, the company is on an upward curve, and intending to grow further in terms of success.

Candidate Specification;

• Previous experience on reception is preferred.
• Warm and personable attitude.
• Willingness to help with all relevant duties.
• Good telephone manner
