This is a fabulous 9 month maternity contract for a first-class EA and Office Manager to join a world-leading consumer PR agency. It offers beautiful offices between Southwark and London Bridge. This company holds an envious resume of clientele and possesses a rich, creative and fun culture as well as a first-class reputation for excellence.
This is a brilliant chance for a high level EA and Office Manager to provide top quality support to the London CEO as well as additional support to the Deputy CEO, COO and Director of Insight and Strategy. This is a dynamic and varied position that will keep you on your toes. Your responsibilities would include email and diary management, providing support for travel plans including detailed itineraries, preparing reports, researching clients and heavy involvement in projects. You will prepare all presentations and ensure everything looks on brand and fantastic!
The other side of the role is the Office Management part and you will be responsible for the smooth running of the London office. Working with an Office Coordinator, you will ensure everything works in a very smooth running office! You will liaise with suppliers and contractors and ensure that everything is managed effectively and you will have a real involvement in all London based events from start to finish, so a creative flair is a must!
Our client is looking for a highly experienced EA/OM who is ready to hit the ground running. We are looking for a confident, switched-on individual who thrives in an environment with new challenges and ever changing deadlines. You will be given a high level of responsibly from the start and therefore it is hugely important that you have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize. This role involves a large amount of multitasking and we are looking for someone with a calm, flexible approach to meet these challenges when they arrive. It is also essential that you have the ability to take initiative and make good judgement calls when needed. Previous knowledge of the creative media industry would be highly advantageous and solid Microsoft Office skills are of great important.
