Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join them on a temporary to permanent basis, getting involved with the following on a daily basis...
- Arranging lunches, teas and coffees for meetings, receiving guests ensuring they enjoy a warm welcome.
- Recording sickness, holiday and weekly whereabouts of the team.
- Maintaining team training records, coordinating e learning modules, arranging training events e.g. room booking, materials, attendance of employees etc.
- Coordinating to ensure the smooth supply of uniform for new starters and existing team members.
- Coordinating Marketing products, ensuring appropriate availability.
- Overseeing the cleaning team, providing feedback to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
- To take responsibility for the pristine appearance of the building interior ensuring this is maintained with the same professional look and feel as required in a high level hotel.
- H&S accident reporting and arranging and attending committee meetings
- Arranging team events
Profile
Our client is looking for someone with a passionate approach to caring for clients, customers and the surroundings alike. Ensuring the building is looking its best at all times and providing a slick, smooth customer service to the team and their visitors.
Someone who has experience gained working within professional services or a hospitality back ground would be ideal with excellent organisational, attention to detail and customer service skills.
The role will also suit someone who has a positive approach and is used to adapting to changing priorities.
The role holder will also need to be able to drive.
