Are you an EA more suited to an entrepreneurial small business rather than a large corporate?  Are you free from the end of January 2017 for an 11 month maternity contract?  

The Founder of an award-winning enterprise based just off the A3 is looking for an experienced EA who intrinsically understands the demands he is under and can help deal with a hundred and one issues involved in running a successful small business.   One day you may be liaising with the production facility, the next organising press days or dealing with celebrity clients.  What’s important is that you must be able to take it all in your stride and remain reassuringly calm in the process!  A flair or experience in marketing would be of a particular interest – the company is growing and there may be scope for the successful candidate to stay on at the end of the contract.   

This is a small business and as such attitude and aptitude are equally as important.  This is a role for someone with a customer-service attitude who relishes being in the thick of it and knowing everything and anything.  It will suit someone with mature soft skills who truly enjoys being the lynchpin of an organisation.
