We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a growing national construction and property company. This exciting organisation believes investing into its employers and making sure they reach their full potential and so consequently you will be working in an exciting and vibrant organisation. Based in their Brentwood office the Marketing Manager will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing department.

Duties will include -

• Taking control of all aspects within the Marketing department
• Producing sales literature including forms, brochures and informative leaflets
• Organising promotions, launches and marketing functions
• Establishing monthly budgets and operating within them
• Producing accurate reports on a weekly and month basis to the Sales and Marketing Director

Our client are looking for someone who has strong administrative experience aswell as a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
