Our client is looking for a professional, experienced and presentable PA to assist the CEO of a creative agency. To apply for this role, you must have worked as a PA within a fast-paced creative agency.

This is a large creative agency that has been able to stay independent, ensuring they have the edge against competitors. Based in a great location in London’s bustling West End, in splendidly decorated offices – you’ll be guaranteed a first rate working environment.

As the Personal Assistant, you are responsible for managing the CEO’s day, helping him to make the most of his time and ensuring he’s always in the right place at the right time. The first priority of

the PA is establishing careful time management and control of his diary to allow him to prioritise the business.

The core of the PA job is to be extremely good at managing the diary, acting as a gatekeeper and making sure the CEO is in all the key meetings he needs to be in to do his job. But above this, the

job for the PA is about enabling him to use time management to actually master my job, not just survive it. You will establish new ways of working and a strong partnership so that you can work effectively as a team.

You are brilliant in your job because

  • You’re highly efficient and organised, able to juggle many things at once and think ahead to ensure everything runs like clockwork
  • You understand the business priorities and know the difference between urgent and important – you use this knowledge to make the right decisions in managing the diary
  • You’re resilient and cool under pressure, even the highest demands or most unexpected things don’t knock you off balance
  • You cope effectively with change and shift gears comfortably, responding quickly to moving priorities
  • You’re professional and responsible, able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

About you and your experience

  • An experienced EA with excellent organisation skills, able to multitask in a highly pressured environment
  • Experience working in a demanding and fast-paced creative culture
  • A resilient and confident character, adept at dealing with senior level executives and managing stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • A problem solver, always one step ahead, anticipating problems before they arise and proactively seeking solutions to any challenge
  • Driven and ambitious, dedicated to working with me to achieve exceptional results for the agency

Apply today for this great opportunity. Please note due to high levels of response we can only get back to successful candidates.
