A leading international investment bank in the City is seeking a Team Secretary/

Office Manager for their HR services team. Duties will include processing over 150 invoices per month for all Graduates/Interns, payment queries as well as HR sickness and absence reports. You will also be responsible for providing all references on behalf on the bank o include Bank accounts, client invites, passport applications as well as updating the staff intranet page on all internal staff movements. You will also be responsible for all stationery orders, as well as induction booklets and Employee Handbooks. You will also assist with archiving and general ad hoc duties including HR Administration.

Previous team secretarial experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable.
