Dynamic entrepreneur based in Chelsea who runs multiple businesses (finance/design/property) is looking for a charismatic and professional Private/Business PA to help run his busy life. You will sometimes be based in the office (Chelsea) and at home (Chelsea) and occasionally remote working. This role would suit a highly professional PA with a proven track record of working either for someone high profile or at least at senior level and therefore used to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional levels of work. The person must be intellectually curious and energetic as well as having good business sense and able to show total commitment and self-motivation and drive. 

The role will involve taking on a very busy diary and juggling adhoc projects as well as undertaking research projects and helping support your boss across his diverse business interests requiring you to use your initiative. The principal is a real gentleman, extremely down to earth and grounded and the office team are inclusive and a pleasure to work with so ideally someone like minded would be a great fit.  

As a part time PA you must be able to commit to say 4- 5 hours every day over five days. Hours are flexible to suit your personal commitments but the principal would prefer a part time PA who will commit to this role only as he does not want his PA to divide their time between other part time roles. The reason is that his plan over time is that once a sound working relationship has been established, alongside the inevitable high levels of trust that go hand in hand with such a personal relationship, that your role will develop with perhaps more hours or at least more involvement. So this is for someone that sees a long term career path with their role as you become a pivotal member of the team and a true right hand lynchpin.

You must be computer literate, have excellent written skills and English mother tongue. Ideally you would need to be able to start Jan/Feb but time is not an issue as finding the right person is the key. This is a genuinely rewarding and exciting role for someone who enjoys working in a fast moving ever changing environment where you will have the opportunity to see the business empire grow and develop with your involvement every step of the way.
