Associate Director - Luxury PR Agency

One of our top Luxury PR clients are looking for an exceptional Associate Director to join their cool Central London offices. You will oversee the consumer brands lifestyle client portfolio, getting really hands on to lead the team and contribute to the successful running of the company. They are a wonderful, busy agency made up of bright people, so this is a great opportunity for somebody really passionate about PR to build on their extensive experience.

Your typical duties will include account handling: developing existing accounts as well as generating new business through pitch development, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee performance management, by implementing training and development plans for your team members, and following up with training evaluations and feedback. You will undergo business development by growing accounts and preparing high quality proposals for the pitch team.

For this role, you MUST have AT LEAST 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Consumer or Luxury PR industry on a global scale. You will be confident working in a really fast paced agency environment, with experience in writing pitches and strategic client documents. You must be confident selling into international press and forming relationships with clients and media. You must be equally confident developing and motivating junior members of the team, using your gravitas and personality to lead the team.
