BAU Administrator

The BAU Administrator is responsible for assisting in carrying out registration of all new instructions and conflict of interest/new client identification activities as required to ensure that agreed service levels are met on an ongoing basis.  Assistance when required in registering /updating case and client records on database.  Assist and support the BAU team and Manager with the implementation of the agreed changes and the introduction of continuous quality improvements. To work on a data cleansing exercise of the Elite database.  The BAU Administrator must be able to work under pressure. Have strong Admin skills.  The BAU Administrator will work in a team of 3.

Main Responsibilities of the BAU Administrator
• Filing of case registrations and client identification forms.
• Data entry of all pending/warning/reject/service of process and sub-files.
• Manual entry of new and any additional case information for all offices.
• Occasional assistance verifying client identity where required (database/internet searching).
• Occasionally dealing with queries raised on case and client details.
• Entry of all new and any additional client information for all offices.
• Taking proactive steps to update and maintain all case and client information as necessary.
• Assisting the team in taking telephone queries..
• Assisting the BAU Administration Team Leader when required.
• Participating in a data cleansing exercise.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
• Meticulous attention to detail

• Previous database experience
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong spelling and grammar skills
• Experience using Elite Enterprise (Desirable)
• Previous experience of conflicts and interest (know your client) environment (Desirable)
