LEADING CREATIVE TALENT AGENCY – AGENT ASSISTANT

Our client is a creative talent agency specialising in Sport, Fashion and Entertainment. They currently have an exciting position for an Agent’s Assistant to join them.  This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked in an office environment before and who is ambitious and wants to work in talent management.

Job spec includes:-

• Working as part of a team and helping managing the strategic careers of talent
• Helping identify and create potential new partnerships
• Meeting potential clients by growing and maintaining your network
• Setting up meetings
• Aiding with company presentations
• Providing support to the Agents working across Sport, Fashion and Entertainment clients
• Managing inbound enquiries
• Liaising with talent and handling diary coordination and the day to day management of the team
• Trouble shooting and defusing calls
• Attending and managing shoots and filming schedules
• Event production
• Organising travel, hotel and restaurant bookings
