GENERAL OFFICE MANAGER - AWARD WINNING LAW FIRM - CITY BASED - UP TO £55K - PERMANENT
As General Office Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination and distribution of duties to the team and ensuring the General Office function operates as efficiently and cohesively as possible.
You will have previous experience of leading an office support team and understand the priorities of the wider firm and its function to ensure the team provides the highest level of service.
This role requires a high level of people management skills and you will be familiar with carrying out staff performance reviews as well as actual processes.
Previous experience within facilities and/or office support is essential for this role as well as previous experience of managing a team who cover different areas of work but all form part of the wider team
You will be someone who enjoys being a point of contact and thrives on providing a great service to colleagues.
You will work with the wider senior management team to assist in the delivery of new processes and highlight opportunities for change. You will be familiar with providing and presenting reports and have the ability to form strong relationships with ease and integrity.
