Global Investment Management firm is looking to hire a smart and professional Team Assistant (based front of house). Headquartered in New York, the business has offices all over Europe. You will be required to man reception and also support the teams across the London office (which houses around 50 members of staff). Working in conjunction with the office manager, you will enjoy providing an exceptional level of service in a fast paced and demanding environment – this is very much a hybrid role and as such, the ideal candidate must be happy to multi task and take responsibility for a wide range of duties:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Managing meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Diary management
  • Dealing with suppliers and couriers
  • Binding, photocopying and scanning
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Expense management
  • Booking travel
  • Event coordination
  • Ad hoc tasks and errands

The successful candidate will possess Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills, sound judgement skills, the ability to communicate professionally at all times and a positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
