Team PA with Mandarin

We have a unique opportunity for a Mandarin Speaking Team PA, to join a financial firm based in Mayfair.
 
This Team PA would be joining a tight knit team, supporting a few senior professionals. The firm is small and therefore each employee represents the business and communicates with individuals at all levels internally and externally. With that in mind, a can-do attitude and the passion to muck-in, is a must. This is a traditional Team PA position, so your main responsibilities will include; travel arrangements, managing diaries, processing expenses, organising meetings as well as any other ad hoc tasks.
 
The ideal Team PA will be a friendly and confident individual with meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring the teams days run smoothly. The ability to speak Mandarin fluently at business level, is essential.
