A cool, creative Post-Production company are looking for a top Office Manager to join their fun London offices. You will be overseeing the team of runners, so you must have an understanding of how creative works and have experience managing staff. This is a brand new role with great scope to make it your own within an amazing, growing company.

Your typical duties as Office Manager will include managing the team of runners and the receptionist, acting as the midpoint between senior management and themselves. You will oversee client services by meeting and greeting, arranging entertainment, ordering catering and acting as the main company point of contact. You will be in charge of ordering stock such as stationery, tea/coffee and most importantly the bar supplies! You will also be responsible for overseeing meeting bookings and ensure they are set up properly. You will be the POC for suppliers and facilities, and will be responsible for maintaining the office and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

You must have prior experience within a similar role in a CREATIVE company. The ideal candidate will have experience within post-production, or at least a strong interest in the industry. You must be particularly confident with people management and client-facing duties. You must be meticulously organised and be able to juggle lots of deadlines and priorities at once.
