Administrator (Charity Team) – London – Accountancy - £22,000 to £25,000

Our client, a reputable and established top 25 Accountancy firm based in the City, is seeking a bright, articulate, motivated Administrator, to join their Charity & Not-For-Profit team.  The Administrator will provide daily, flexible, proactive administrative support to all members of the Charity and Not-for Profit Team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, determined and focused Administrator, to elevate their career to the next level and gain high-level exposure within a professional corporate organisation. 

Some of the key aspects of this role are:

• To take a proactive approach in the management of partner and director level work, working with them in order to ensure they are supported at all times.
• To produce accounts and management reports, which include financial statements, in a timely manner, within agreed timescales, escalating to the Senior Administration Manager where necessary.
• To circulate Charity Team Managers with monthly lists of client’s year-ends for producing the bank letters each month.
• To proactively manage Partner and Director diaries and whereabouts.
• To sort and distribute post to Charity Team Partners and team members, scan documents and ensure stationery supplies are appropriately stocked at all times.
• To assist the Senior Administration Manager in the timely production of any marketing related material
• To ensure client files are kept up-to-date and filing is done on a regular basis and files are archived when required.
• To produce documents from audio or handwritten notes in the style and layout required by the author or as required to meet the firm’s standards.
