A top branding agency is looking for a bright Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their buzzy office in West London. You will play a central role in the marketing and PR of the company, as well as proactively supporting the team with all administrative duties. The company themselves are bright and busy, so your role will be fast-paced but rewarded with a competitive salary and fab benefits.

As Sales and Marketing Administrator, your typical duties will include, helping prepare presentations, updating the database, scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, booking travel arrangements from London, liaising with other departments, answering the phone, responding to emails, processing expenses for the team, and help the team with research.  

To excel at this Administrator role you must be a confident communicator with people at all levels. You must be proficient with MS Office. You must be proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. You must be committed to this role for the long term, love admin and have prior administration experience, ideally within a creative industry.
