HR People Project Business Partner (9 month contract) W1 £50,000This role will be to lead on existing and new projects focusing on specific projects based on Developing Talent as well as Equality & Diversity Strategies but will also Succession Planning Initiatives and Developing Employee Benefits.
The ideal candidate will have led projects in this area and be able to grow effective working relationships across the business to engage, influence and deliver people project objectives as well as liaise with external Strategic Consultants , Recruiters and Employment Lawyers to ensure compliant implementation.
You will be responsible for researching, reporting and recommending the "right" strategies moving forward so proven experience of managing People and Organisational Development Projects is essential along with a CIPD or credible experience.
