EA to CEO in growing Consultancy - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

I have such an exciting opportunity for an efficient, proactive and dynamic EA to join a mid-sized Consultancy with a satellite office based in London. This role will be based at their office in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
Within this EA role, key duties would involve:

*Right hand support to the very busy and demanding CEO - Managing an increasingly ever-changing diary and all travel coordination
*Being the first point of for Senior Executives externally, gatekeeping for the CEO
*Organising foreign travel for meetings, conferences, roadshows and other travel
*Organising internal meetings and reviews, collating and circulating all relevant reports and MS PowerPoint presentations including confidential, and often sensitive, financial documents
*Processing expense claims
*Providing support for all projects
