Team Assistant - Investment Banking

Exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and reputable global Investment Bank on an ongoing temporary basis.

Based in the City of London office, this role will see you supporting to Managing Director level for an extremely busy and successful area including three senior Managing Directors and their wider teams of 20.

Daily duties will include:

• Extensive calendar organisation
• High volume scheduling of meetings and events
• Booking international travel and creating detailed itineraries daily
• Ordering of supplies
• Assisting in project support for the team
• Adhoc administration and telephone support

You will ideally have recent demonstrable experience in a similar position and will be confident assisting a large, fast paced team. Financial Services experience is not essential. Confidence to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally, will be key to this role, as will a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office packages. This work environment can be incredibly busy juggling multiple requirements at once, so a proactive attitude and strong work ethic will be important. You will also be available to start immediately.
