Our client, a successful retail property owner, is looking for a Brand Development Administrator, in a newly created role, to provide a comprehensive support service to the Head of Brand Development and the wider team. You will be degree educated, analytical, good with figures and process driven along with previous experience within the retail or property industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high quality Brand Development meeting packs
  • Utilise the sales system to pull figures and retail KPI's
  • Understand and identify performance trends
  • Accurate reporting of figures and presentations
  • Collate information from Leasing, Marketing and Retail sources and interpreting and summarising the input
  • Print and bind presentations for board level meetings
  • Collate, check and carry out admin duties to support the CRM system
  • Run, coordinate and follow up audits on the system
  • Pulling invitation lists for key events
  • Organise travel and process expenses
  • Support financial analysis and reporting

You will have previous data analysis and administration experience along with good skills in MS Office. You will be commercially aware and be able to build rapport with key stakeholders both internally and externally. If you think this exciting new role is for you then please apply ASAP.
