Permanent Customer Service Advisor position based in central Bristol complete with a competitive rate of pay.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Due to market demand, a national insurance company are currently looking for 20 x Sales Consultants to join their team at the beginning of December on a permanent contract.

YOUR NEW COMPANY
This nationally known company are renowned for their customer satisfaction scores and has led them to being one of the UK's leading insurers. Over the 30 years that their doors have been opened, they have grown to over 10,000 employees and due to market growth they are now seeking new sales consultants to join the team on a permanent basis.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be selling the products that their customers love whether that be car, home, travel or pet insurance. In addition to this you will also be helping customers by amending, transferring and renewing policies. This inbound sales role will involve walking customers through the process, getting to know them, but also highlighting the benefits of the products, matching the right products to the right customer.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Your experience in a previous position will aid to your success. However, if you have the ability to communicate well, have a sharp eye for detail, want to provide excellent customer service, then this role is for you. In addition you must have the drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets and be PC literate.
