This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Administrator looking for the next step in their career and to join an innovative start-up online Lettings Agency in its early stages and really make the role their own.
My client is a new start-up company who will be launching in the New Year, they are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Senior Lettings Administrator to join their small team and be the go-to for all property legislation information. The role will include but is not limited to:
*Effective property marketing
*Negotiating and maintaining relationships with property portals
*Coordinating viewings
*Progressing deals; referencing, generating paperwork, processing deposits
*Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
*Canvassing
The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience working for UK estate agencies and will have strong IT and interpersonal skills, a qualification in ARLA would be advantageous but is not essential.
There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into a management role within the next 1-2 years. It is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate property professional to really strengthen and grow their career and support a company through its exciting, early stages.
