The company have a global hotel portfolio, and own some of the most prestigious hotels in the World.

Main Duties:

We are currently looking to find a PA/Receptionist who able provide secretarial support to the COO along with occasional admin support to the rest of the hotels team of four. Support reception and provide holiday/absence cover as necessary. You will need to have the following skills.

* Be confident managing a busy international diary
* Coordinate various weekly/biweekly/monthly/bi monthly meetings
* Setup multi-participant conference calls
* Prepare and collate board papers, distribute before meetings
* Ensure meeting rooms are booked for internal and external meetings
* Assist with and organise catering if required
* Produce, maintain Financial Calendar for all owned and operated hotels
* Organise travel documentation
* Manage electronic filing
* Provide reception; holiday, sickness and lunch hours
