Temporary HR & Office Administrator for 2 months - £9.50p.h - based in Putney

We are looking for a HR & Office Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for 2 months. This is your chance to be welcomed into a friendly and exciting organisation that prides itself on excellence and dedication, with the added possibility of the role being extended.

 

Who will you be working for?

 

Working for an organization who works their very best on arranging tailor-made luxury holidays for their clients all around the world from Australasia through to Mauritius. They are located in the heart of South West London; with great places to eat and drink it's an ideal location to work in.

 

What does the role consist of?

 

Your job will be to actively support the HR team in an administrative capacity. You will be working across both UK and Overseas HR so ideally if they have previous seasonal experience that would be a plus. This will include everything from screening CVs arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers, sending out confirmation emails and generally keeping everything and everyone in line and up to date with it all.

 

What will the successful candidate be like?

We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a busy environment and can deal with a variety of people on a daily basis. Flexibility is key to this role - you could have additional hours over busy periods - and excellent communication skills is vital. Must be use to working with high net individuals as well as on a high volume.
