Our client is a niche property investment and development company and a leading player in the investment and development market for residential and commercial property.

They are currently looking for a savvy Marketing Manager to take their brand and marketing to the next level.

Working in a down-to-earth, friendly and warm culture, you will be an integral part of the team and responsible for the marketing, events and business development side of the business.

Key responsibilities of this role will include: -

  • Proactive marketing of their brand
  • Develop, grow and adapt short term and marketing strategies alongside business goals, working with the company directors and the team
  • Management of social media channels and accounts
  • Creation of marketing collateral including property details/brochures, brochures, website, advertising (print and online), branding and strategy
  • Liaise with designers to create high-level marketing materials for campaigns
  • E-marketing: create and implement targeted mail shots and newsletters
  • Format and produce high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Identify PR opportunities and compose press releases
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team and support them in marketing properties across the website, social media, e-shot campaigns and advertising
  • Work alongside the directors to build the brand through internal and external comms
  • Assist with event management (no more than twice a year at present)
  • Content (predominantly for company website updates and newsletters)
  • Analyse data to measure and report the success of campaigns (Google Analytics and other analytics tools for social media)

To make a success of the role of Marketing Manager, you should be creatively minded, able to suggest new ways of engaging with target audience and bring new ideas to the role. You will need to be competent using InDesign and other design software to create property particulars and adverts as well as intermediate to advanced MS Office (mainly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint). Previous marketing and property experience is essential as well as some project management skills/experience. A sound understanding of SEO would be a bonus.
