This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting new joint venture in Hanley City Centre, Stoke-on-Trent. United Utilities and Severn Trent Water have joined forces to set innovative standards for the water industry. You will be working in their brand new office, in Hanley with excellent transport links and free City Centre parking.

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact between Water-Plus and potential new customers where you will obtain qualifying information such as the customer's current water provider and current expenditure, and then generate interest in the Water Plus offering. You will be responsible for follow up with customers and for closing the sale.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in your ability to make sales with a customer first mindset. You will be building customer relationships to retain, develop and grow the business in the long term. You will work with colleagues to spot opportunities with the customer at the heart of decision making. Good negotiation skills within discount limits will also be essential to success in this role.

What you'll get in return
Basic salary £17500 + OTE of £22-26k in year one
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
