I am working with an investment property firm based in the city, due to increased growth over the past year I am now looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the team. Duties for Office Administrator:

  • Organise meetings
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answer phones and transfer to suitable person
  • Day to day management assistance of properties
  • Coordinating contractors for maintenance issues
  • Print, scan and copy documents
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist with event planning
  • Typing of document and reports

Experience required for the Office Administrator:

  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
