An extremely successful growing Global Satellite telecommunications company based is the City is searching for a Ticketing System Administrator. The ticketing system my client uses is called ServiceNow therefore if you have experience using this system then that would be extremely beneficial alternatively full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who thrive on responsibility and live for the next big challenge. We are looking for a motivated Ticketing System Administrator to join the Service Delivery team in the London office, supporting the growing Global customer base.
You will be responsible for providing first class support for the ServiceNow platform, helping to ensure that the customers have a positive experience each time they contact support.
Duties:
* Provide initial non-technical support; answering queries related to service incidents, maintenance and contact information via phone or e-mail in a timely and efficient manner
* Log calls and incidents on the Ticketing system and maintaining details of software / hardware problems detected
* Provide initial triage technical support; answering support queries via phone or e-mail in a timely efficient manner
* Escalate with internal or external support resources when necessary
* Track follow up on logged issues and ensuring timely response and resolution
* Escalation of unresolved problems
* Support colleagues in the use of the ServiceNow system by providing necessary advice and / or training
* Participate in project work
* Responsibilities include a direct contribution to knowledge management
* Provide input on policies & procedures
* Perform initial triage of customer cases with documented solutions and/or workarounds.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background or keen interest in this area to be able to learn quickly. Be able to work as part of a team and deal with customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
A good understanding of the ServiceNow platform (or similar ticketing system) is a definite advantage for this role.
