An exciting opportunity for a leading Luxury brand who are looking to recruit a confident, bright and well-presented Administrator to join their team.

Your new role:
The role will involve providing support and excellent administration to a large sales team in a luxury boutique. You will be:

• The focal point for the client and sales staff.
• Monitoring and maintaining all direct stock related POS
• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner from boutique to client
• Filing confidential documents and much more.

What you'll need to succeed:
The candidate will;

• Be able to demonstrate effective time management skills
• Have the ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately,
• Have an excellent eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach
• MUST HAVE experience working with luxury retail organisations
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE LUXURY RETAIL AND ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
