Our client, a global, leading, independent project consultancy firm is seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic and highly organised finance co-ordinator to support a specialist team.
In this role, you will manage and support the day to day financial administration. You will be required to work closely with the Finance Leader and report to the Business Services Manager.
Your responsibilities will consist of, daily interaction and follow up with Project Managers, reviewing and monitoring project forecasts, preparation and analysis of monthly reports and conducting the financial training of staff and act as the first point of contact for all team financial queries. You will manage all outstanding timesheets, invoices, cash allocation and financial updates and all other duties consistent to this role.
Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role, have proven professional services financial practice. This role will suit someone with the ability to work under pressure with good high attention to detail.
This is a temporary to permanent contract, the temp period would be for approximately 6 - 12 months starting immediately.
