£19,000-£25,000 + Bonus

Our client, a progressive luxury brand based in Northwood (North West London) are looking for an experienced Customer Services Executive who is confident speaking to clients including ultra high net worth individuals and building long term relationships. You must have experience maintaining a CRM database and have exceptional communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sociable team who offer career progression and on-going training.

The Role
Handling inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers
Handling enquiries received online (website, social media, partners)
Answering questions and auctioning general queries
Regularly updating the internal CRM system 
Maintaining regular contact with the customers
Liaising with the clinical team and reporting any serious issues
Ensuring that customer’s issue is resolved in a timely manner
Gaining customer satisfaction with all queries

The Person
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in a telephone customer service based role is essential
Confident on the telephone 
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times 
Strong literacy skills 
Attention to detail 
Passionate about delivering high levels of Customer Service
