Our consultants work together, combining their enthusiasm for building client relationships (meeting Central London clients and promoting the service), with their tenacity to find the perfect person for the job!

You will be the sort of personality who enjoys being front line and part of a team. You will have already discovered that the key ingredient for you in your career is people contact and all the variety that brings with it!

On a daily basis you can expect to be:

• Picking up the phone to speak to clients and candidates
• Reviewing applications and selecting applicants with the best skills
• Interviewing Candidates and organising tests
• Juggling a wealth of Admin tasks to pull all the threads together

Because we work as a team out of our office based in Oxford Circus, we can offer full “on the job training” during which you are part of the team and learn by doing the job. You may have worked in industries as diverse as Hospitality, Recruitment, Media, Business or Professional Services.
