This role is to work for a leading High Street Fashion brand in their Head Office in the customer service team over Christmas and sale periods. The role will include shift work including evenings and weekends.

Description

The role of Customer Service Advisor entails:

  • Responsible for answering calls into Customer Service in timely manner to minimise frustration.
  • Answer questions effectively in accordance to company guidelines using own judgement. Requires thought on how decisions can impact other departments.
  • Respond to emails received into Customer Service in a clear & precise manner.
  • Answer questions effectively in accordance to company guidelines using own judgement.
  • Process Product Replacements & Order Discrepancies using Ecom System
  • Tracking deliveries and arrange re-delivery of parcels that have been returned to Company by liaising with the warehouse staff and Independent Sales Force
  • Chat to customers via, phone, email and web chat

Profile
