Our client, a leading and well known TV production company are looking for an outstanding Office Manager/PA to join the dynamic, fun and buzzy team! 

The role is predominantly office management where you will be responsible for ensuring the office is running very smoothly. In addition to having superb organisational skills and being able to multi-task efficiently in a busy role, we are looking for an individual with the best 'can-do' attitude. There will also be PA elements to your role looking after Executive Producers.

You will be dealing with various people and different personalities, from runners to TV Execs therefore the ability to liaise and communicate well is very important. 

You must also be capable of pushing back when required and know how to prioritise various demands.

This is a fab opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to really own and shape a role 

Requirements:

  • Must has sufficient experience of running an office – contractor and facilities experience a bonus and any H&S and First aid certificates and training a big bonus.
  • The role will have management of a small selection of junior staff; reception and 2-3 runners
  • The role requires flexibility to be on call, whilst it doesn’t happen very often, the role is the first person contacted for any issues with the building.
  • Must have PA experience and a willingness to undertake PA duties as part of the role for Executive Producers.
  • Needs to be highly efficient and organised whilst approachable and friendly. Resilience is key as well, especially during very busy periods.

Media background a bonus but really we are looking for the right experience linked with personality!
