Experience in Litigation would be ideal!!
Junior Legal Secretary: Our client - a highly regarded boutique law firm based in the West End are now looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to support their busy fee earners as well as provide administrative assistance to the office manager.
Junior Legal Secretary: Your duties will include but not limited to; diary management, coordinating travel, organise lunches, audio typing, preparing presentations and much much more!!
Junior Legal Secretary: This is truly a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary with a couple of year's relevant experience to join a niche law firm where you will have the chance to become a pivotal part of the organisation!!
The successful Junior Legal Secretary will have the following experience/skills:
- 2 + years Legal Secretary experience
- Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Recognised secretarial qualification, i.e. CILEx
- Litigation experience would be advantageous
- Educated to GCSE level (Maths and English)
