Project Finance Coordinator

We are recrutiing for an Engineering consultancy based in central London. This is an onging temp role for approx 6 - 12 months. This is a busy role that needs someone who gas worked with large projects. The role will start ASAP.

Duties:

• First point of contact for all team financial queries
• Prepare the Annual Business Plan, in conjunction with the Leadership team/Commercial leader, provide back up and analysis to support decisions
• Monitor monthly results against Annual Business Plan targets
• Check, understand and report on overheads
• Clear all outstanding items before month-end, e.g. timesheets, invoicing, cash allocation, financial updates
• Update Dashboards and Project Financial Forecasting (PFF) monthly or as required
• Prepare draft fee invoices, chase Project Managers and ensure monthly invoicing targets are met
• Liaise with Credit Control and Project Managers to facilitate cash collection
• Assist Leaders with maintenance of positive cash flow on projects
• Provide financial training to Project Managers and other staff on CRM system
• Take a lead role within the team commercial portfolio, including managing initiatives
• Support and manage local financial and commercial training initiatives
• Assist Project Managers in utilising financial systems to meet client requirements, e.g. presentation of information, dissection of costs, audits, job financial structure, etc.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly summaries and projections of resources allocated.

This role is paying the equivalent of 32K and will start ASAP. Interviews will be over the next week. You must be available fro work immediately.
