Global Insurance organisation based in the heart of the City requires an immediately available Receptionist to join their fast paced team on a temporary basis throughout their busy December and January months.

Within this highly visible client facing position you will be responsible for working within a team on the reception desk, providing a first class service to all that you meet. You will be required to answer phones with vocal care, paying particular attention to intonation, clarity and pace. Make sure that any messages are taken accurately and passed on to the relevant person. Monitoring the collection of post and ensuring signatory proof has been provided. Effective liaison with the catering team to provide refreshments/ catering to the business. And any other adhoc duties required.

This team work with real positivity and professionalism, so this role will suit someone who works with a real team based outlook. Demonstrable similar experience will be desirable and you will be someone who wants to contribute in projecting a positive image of the company and be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.

This role is a one month booking over the course of December 2016 and January 2017, so you will also have full availability for work throughout this period, working hours 9:00am-6:00pm.
