We are looking for exceptional graduates to be part of a research team that work with top organisations. As a Research Associate you will get the opportunity to interact and immerse yourself in a broad range of organisations and build long lasting business relationships with the best there is. No two days will be the same and one day you will find yourself searching for a CEO for a FTSE top 100 to mapping a particular sector uncovering the best possible candidates the next.

To be successful in this role you must be an excellent communicator who can convey ideas succinctly and be able to meet the challenges of tight deadlines. The ideal graduate will have a 2:1 degree who can demonstrate lots of extracurricular interests who can work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
