Our Client, a Global Consultancy Firm based in London City are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to progress within a diverse and interesting company. The purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and case support to the Operations Team. 

  
The Role

  • Providing support with Diary management and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Addressing client queries and issues quickly and coherently.
  • Managing external enquiries and providing the relevant information.
  • Organising and booking consultant travel and management of the travel process including arranging accommodation
  • Maintaining accurate records of departmental absence including sickness and holidays
  • Administering Response office requirements including stationary and communications, photocopying, shredding, faxing and arranging couriers where necessary
  • Maintaining and upgrading administration filing systems
  • Maintaining client and employee contact details
  • Archiving and recalling case material
  • Administering case material including downloading and decrypting documents
  • Maintaining consultant availability chart and contact list
  • Maintaining case files and other operational files

 The Person

  • Ability to remain calm, collected
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changes quickly
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and committed
  • Evident attention to detail
  • Adaptability to work in various areas
  • IT literacy – Microsoft Office packages, including intermediate/advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • Experience of working in an international professional services organisation.
  • Knowledge of Client Relationship Management & Databases (Microsoft CRM).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Considerable experience in an administration/support role.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise work.
