Team PA

A new temporary role has arisen within a very professional executive search firm, based in the heart of London. The role requires a proficient Team Assistant to support a pivotal team of 5, including 2 senior directors with incredibly busy dairies. Having the ability to take on multiple demanding tasks, whilst staying calm under pressure will be crucial in this role.

The successful Team Assistant will have previous experience in managing complex diaries, extensive international travel and coordinating meetings and conferences. Consequently, the role will require you to work collaboratively with this dynamic team and, at times, be able to work on your own initiative.

You will be exposed to the daily running of the business, including liaising with high profile clients on a global scale. The role will be fast paced, especially with the meeting of tight deadlines but in return will be extremely rewarding. Skills/Experienced Required;

• Recent demonstrable experience supporting senior members within a professional capacity.
