Team Assistant – Finance

Team Assistant required to support this Marketing team of 8 within a boutique investment company. Only those with a secretarial qualifications (Quest, Pitman, Oxford Media and Business School, etc.) will be considered.

You will be supporting the team there with administrative support; diaries, meetings, travel, expenses, etc. as well as sending out communication campaigns, maintaining the database and coordinating marketing events and assisting with marketing material.

They are looking for someone who is bubbly, proactive, willing to roll up their sleeves and help all members of the team with a smile on their face. Must be confident and approachable as you will be involved in some events and speaking with clients.

You will be good at communicating and will be able to bring something to the table when the weekly marketing meetings take place, putting ideas in the pot and working with the team as a whole. You will also be working very closely with the Charities team, so there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects if you are up for the challenge!  

This role would suit a second jobber and you must have a secretarial qualification (Pitman, Quest, OMBS, etc.). It would be a bonus if you have an interest in, or previous work experience, in marketing on the financial side. 

Salary £28-£32,000 plus excellent benefits. Offices close to Piccadilly Circus.
