Sales Administrator - Luxury Brand
Our luxury client are looking for a Sales/ Wholesale and Retail Administrator/Coordinator to join their global organisation at a very exciting time. The purpose of the role is to support the wholesale and retail divisions with key administrative duties and provide key customer service to all global accounts as well as back up support to the head office team.
Duties will include:
RETAIL & WHOLESALE
•Process wholesale orders and retail buys on the Navision system
•Distribute customer delivery schedules on a weekly basis
•Working with Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stock across both wholesale and retail divisions.
•Support Merchandiser to ensure appropriate replenishment of stock in the retail division
•Point of contact for wholesale customers on all order queries, returns and other customer service areas
•Provide customers with product information files
•Assist in wholesale showroom appointments
•Co-ordinate and distribute salesman samples across all London and Toronto showrooms
•Provide general support to Sales & Merchandising Director
•Attend weekly production meetings and circulate notes to wholesale and retail teams
•General front of house duties
•Book travel for management team
•Co-ordinate and arrange couriers/bikes
•Order office supplies
•Raise Purchase orders for retail and wholesale divisions
The ideal candidate will have some office administration experience gained within a brand. You will need to be organised, posess advanced Excel and Microsoft Office intermediate. Attention to detail. Navision experience ideal, but not neccessary. The ideal Sales Administrator will be a clear communicator who can perform under pressure and operate in a fast past environment. A Sales Administrator who is customer focused, works with others and is able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. Strong team player, friendly and approachable.
