Finance sector EA

Here at ISE Partners, we are always looking for fantastic, flexible Temps who enjoy supporting varying levels of professionals. 

Our various EA / PA roles are perfect for someone who has a professional manner and understands the standards needed to work efficiently in a corporate setting. We work with exceptional, high calibre firms within the Investment Sector and roles may include working within a team of EAs or working autonomously.

The duties of our roles will generally include, but not be limited to:

• Diary and inbox coordination and management
• Meeting logistics and full preparation
• International travel management
• Internal and external client liaison
• Administration – you will be a highly organised multi-tasker

You will have:

• Have at least two years of supporting in a finance firm
• Have strong attention to detail
•  Be an effective communicator
• Have second to none organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritise tasks and juggle conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Have a resilient attitude, be honest and trustworthy
• Be friendly and able to build relationships quickly
• Use their initiative and be incredibly proactive
• Demonstrate an ability to respond to unexpected and urgent matters with professionalism and poise
