A fantastic Office Manager opportunity has arisen to join one of our leading Private Equity clients in their boutique Frankfurt office.

The client is seeking an impressive and super dynamic German speaking Office Manager (Mother tongue or fluent German) with English to join their exceptionally friendly and highly successful boutique office, working closely with 3 Executive Assistants and a dynamic team of 15.  

The role will cover all Office management duties, finance duties, including accounts payable and invoicing, organising events and overseeing their compliance function.

The role is based in Frankfurt and so the client is ideally looking for candidates who live in Frankfurt or looking to relocate back to Frankfurt. (The client will NOT cover relocation costs). Solid professional services or Private Equity experience in an Office Manager role is a must. You must be happy to work in a smaller environment and be hands on and flexible in your role.
