Brand new exciting role just in! Our client, top serviced offices, are looking for a new assistant center manager to jump on board.

They are looking for someone who is switched on, on the ball, very bubbly, motivating and engaging. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to jump start their career in an amazing company if they have previous hospitality, airline or a client facing experience. Previous experience isn't required but someone who has amazing communication skills, is super bubbly and confident key!

This is a very varied role, some duties will include:

  • Managing and training service assistants and receptionist 
  • Opening and closing of the centre
  • Regular walk around checks throughout the day to ensure the centre is running smoothly 
  • Administration duties for the centre such as keeping client files up to date, managing internal phone lists, updating handbooks
  • Document creation - typing up actions from meetings 
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring
  • Assisting clients with any IT issues 
  • Preparing offices for client move-ins
  • Ensuring billing clients services is up to date
  • Ad hoc duties such as running errands, ordering lunches

Within this role your main duty will be to assist manage and motivate other staff and ensure the overall smooth running of the centre.
