You will also possess the confidence to manage your inbox along with those of your two professionals: this includes taking decisions in their absence, delegating as appropriate and responding in the manner they would utilise themselves, 30 emails an hour is not uncommon.

This role is not for the faint-hearted as the pace can be relentless:  in supporting two Partners of equal weighting your skills of prioritisation will be stretched to the limit at times.
