My client is looking for an immediately available Office Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing Construction company on a permanent basis. This is a busy role and my client is looking for a strong and experienced Office Manager who has managed a team of 6 plus previously. You must have strong IT skills and be able to pick up new systems easily. A Construction background would be desirable for this role.

In your new job role you will be expected to deal with the day to day running of company reports, you must have a good level of grammar as you will be liaising with customers and clients on a day to day basis so your email correspondence should be to a high standard. You will be dealing with the company invoices as well as team 121's and you will be reporting directly into the Regional Director.

To succeed in your new job role you must have worked as an Office Manager within a Construction company previously. You must have managed a team of six people or more as well as be IT literate and confident with handling heavy work loads during busy periods. My client is looking for someone who is immediately available however if you are on notice and depending on your experience they could wait for the right person.

This role is paying between £25,000 - £29,000 depending on experience. You will receive 23 days holiday + bank holidays. On-site parking is available, as well as a bonus scheme and yearly pay reviews.
