Our client, an independent, fast growing construction and management company are looking for an Office Manager for a one month temporary cover over January. You will be reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO and act as the go to for everyone in the office. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and seamlessly pick up the role. You will be warm, friendly and happy to help out wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with and managing suppliers including sourcing and procuring office supplies
- Managing all facilities and security systems
- Processing credit card and cash expenses including analysis and payment
- Ensuring the office complies with current health and safety rules and regulations
- Working closely with external support staff to ensure that all areas of IT and telecoms are functioning to the highest standards and ensuring there is minimal down time
- Organising board and committee meetings including arranging relevant documents to be produced and delivered in a timely manner
- Managing resources effectively for new hires including running inductions and preparing induction packs
- Managing the human resource management tool
- Processing Payroll
- Maintaining and resolving any facilities issues
- Taking meeting minutes
