Our client, a highly successful, niche law firm are seeking an HR professional to head up their Human Resources department.

This is without question an outstanding opportunity for a senior HR Manager to step into this pivotal role and provide a proactive, strategic and cost effective HR service within the practice.

The successful candidate will be required also to develop and lead the HR team and function, with specific areas as follows:-

  • Employee Relations
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Recruitment of all staff including fee earners and senior hires
  • Training & Performance
  • Graduate Recruitment & Trainee Development
  • Firm Benefits & Pension scheme
  • Diversity & Equality monitoring

Though the above are the key areas of responsibility, this role also requires a candidate who is strategic and HR focussed, having the ability to bring a new innovative approach to the role with a clear emphasis on change management and fresh ideas.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real difference to any organisation.

Previous law firm experience is highly desirable but a background at senior level in a lead role within professional services will also be considered.
